Monroe Review

Of the 367 people living in Estral Beach in 2020, 47.7 percent (175) were women and 52.3 percent (192) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Monroe Review.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 11. In the 65 and over age range, there were 38 females and 45 males.
