Vaccine Clinic Information
Dundee Community Schools Schools has partnered with Family Medical Center of Michigan to offer a FREE Juvenile Vaccination Clinic at our Elementary School by appointment for children ages 5-11 years old. Parents or Guardians must be present for the vaccination to occur and you must register using the QR code on the flyer to secure an appointment.
The first dose is scheduled for Wednesday, December 1 and the second dose is scheduled for Wednesday, December 22.Please see the flyer below. There is a QR code you can scan to register. If you have questions, please call the Dundee site for Family Medical Center at 734-529-2350 extension 12007. Also, please take the time to fill out the Dundee Community Schools facilities survey.
