DOUGLAS ROAD ELEMENTARY OPEN HOUSE POSTPONED TO SEPTEMBER 8TH
The DRE Open House originally scheduled for Wednesday, September 1st has been postponed. Due to the bond construction work at DRE not being completed by that date, it is necessary to postpone the original Open House to Wednesday, Sept. 8th.
Parents, please plan on meeting your child's teacher (and you can bring in school supplies) on September 8th:
5:00-6:00 pm: Young Fives/Kindergarten, Grades 1 and 2
6:00-7:00 pm: Grades 3-5
SNEAK PEEK OPPORTUNITY
LABOR DAY, MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 6TH
5:30-7:00 PM
Since some students would like to see their classroom before school starts. We would like to provide an opportunity for our students to familiarize themselves with the building before the first day of school. Mrs. Kline, Assistant Principal and Mrs. Johnson, Principal will be available on Monday, Labor Day, from 5:30 - 7:00 should you choose to attend. There will be no teachers for parents to meet at Sneak Peak until Open House and we are asking that you do not bring supplies to this event.
