Monroe Review

Of the 342 people living in Estral Beach in 2019, 48 percent (164) were women and 52 percent (178) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Monroe Review.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 102-to-101. In the 65 and over age range, there were 45 females and 48 males.
