The health and well-being of our members, staff and our community remains our top priority. Everyone age 3 and older is expected to wear a mask (covering mouth and nose) to enter our YMCAs. There are specific exceptions for physical, medical or health-related reasons, when actively exercising, swimming, and during brief periods of recovery. Please stop at our welcome desk if assistance is needed. For additional reopening updates, please see "Things to Expect..." in our Reopening Guide. At the pool a mask is not expected when swimming, seated in socially distanced chairs or moving from chairs to the pool. Please wear a mask when you arrive and depart the YMCA, including the pool area, and inside the locker rooms. Spectators who are not swimming/enjoying the splash pad should mask up if not able to socially distance. Those using the slide will be expected to maintain distance while they are waiting in line.
The reservation process will be for you and any additional attendees for the specific time frame. Your confirmation will note which time you reserved. Please maintain 6 ft. from others in the Program Pool. Young children must stay within arm’s reach of an adult. No pool toys allowed in the pool. The slide and spray features are not available at this time. Children under 14 are not allowed in the facility alone, and guardians must accompany those under 14 in the locker rooms & pool.
Pool hours are subject to change based on weather, and reservations for your session will be invalid if the pool must close due to weather or mechanical issues. The entire area will remain closed and locked until 30 minutes after the last sighting of severe lightning in the direct vicinity.
If you do not arrive for your reserved time within the first 15 minutes, staff may assign your space to someone else.
If you find you cannot keep your reservation, please cancel it so that another may enjoy that space:
To cancel your reservation tickets on Event brite:
Locate your ticket confirmation in your email that you used to register
Scroll down to the “Order Summary”
Click on “view and manage”
Select “Cancel Order”
Confirm, and you and your guests will be removed from the reservation
