Downtown will host the Monroe Children's Book Festival in partnership with The Story Shop on May 9th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. We'll have author events & panels, story times, bouncy houses, the cow train, Storybook Run 5K, and the opening day of the Monroe Farmers Market!
