Join us for dinner, and get a bottle of ultra rare Avery cellar beer.
We are pairing 4 signature beers straight from the Avery Brewery with 4 unique and expertly prepared courses.
Course #1 Appetizer - White Rascal fondue. Made with Avery's White Rascal Belgian White Ale
Course #2 Soup - Seasonal greens braised with smoked pork, house fermented vinegar, and Barrel Aged Tequila Cerbus. Paired with Tequila barrel aged Cerbus sour ale
Course #3 - Entree - Reverse seared Bison loin, with beef comfit fingerling potatoes, and a fresh herb chimichurri. Paired with Old Perseverance.
Course #4 - Dessert - Bourbon and stout tiramisu - lady fingers soaked in Tweak and Kentucky bourbon. With hand whipped cream. Served with TWEAK barrel aged imperial stout with coffee.
