HOSA TRIO PRODUCES A MENTAL HEALTH PSAHOSA (a student extracurricular organization geared towards future health professionals) challenges students to build their knowledge and skills. It offers an opportunity for the students to showcase their expertise in a competitive event.
A trio of Bedford students put together a PSA on “How to Talk to Friends and Family About Mental Health” as part of their entry in an event at the upcoming Regional Leadership Conference. Their short 30 second video gives you a quick overview of what to notice in their actions and gives suggestions on how to show you care. It concludes with a couple of links to additional resources at seizetheawkward.org and mentalhealth.gov.
