Monroe Public Schools issued the following announcement on Dec 20.
Senior Garrett LaBeau today signed his letter of commitment to Heidelberg University to play baseball.
Garrett is a two-year varsity player and was named to the All SEC Honorable Mention team. He has also played hockey for the Monroe/Southgate Unified Hockey team.
Class President, National Honor Society Member, and a carrier of a 3.5+ GPA...Heidelberg will be welcoming one of our Trojan best!
