Good morning Ida High School!
Student drivers – if you are dropping your siblings off at another building, please do so in the parking lot and not in the line of cars. It is too easy to have an accident that way.
Dual enrolled students – you have a grade report due today.
Seniors-MCCC is offering a Senior Visit Day on October 13th at MCCC. This is a great opportunity if you are considering MCCC. Mrs. Reaume has flyers in her room. If you decide to attend, you must sign up by the end of the day tomorrow, October 8th. The sign-up is in Mrs. Reaume's classroom. For this to be an excused absence you must turn in a document from MCCC that is signed by MCCC and has your name on it. As always, you are responsible for any work you miss and need to speak with your teachers before Wednesday.
There is a Student Council meeting today during 4th hour/lunch for Homecoming and Pep Rally committees.
The Spirit Week themes for next week are as follows:
Monday – PJ Day
Tuesday: Beach Theme
Wednesday – Wacky Wednesday
Thursday: - Homecoming Theme Day – Halloween – Freshman are purple, sophomores are orange, juniors are green, and seniors are black
Friday – Blue & Gold day
Guest Passes for the homecoming dance on October 16 are available in the office. Guest passes are due by October 13.
Homecoming Ticket sales will begin today. Tickets for the dance are $15.
There is a change on the menu for today - Macaroni & cheese and Chicken nuggets (in place of Popcorn chicken)
Juniors – you have float and wall building her in room 110 from 2-5 on Sunday.
Sophomores- Float building will begin on Saturday, October 9 at Gracie Dean’s house from 10:00- 4:00. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to help.
Freshman- there is a time change this Saturday for float building. We will be at Woelmers from 5-7:30pm. See Ms Gemmel for the address or any other questions you may have!
Any freshman interested in running for class officers, please stop by and get an application from Ms. Gemmel in room 120. All applications are due today!
Popcorn sales will begin today outside the cafeteria.
Students this is an announcement from Mr. Fuller- If you drive to school and do not have a parking pass, you must get one today. Parking passes are $15. Please bring your money, driver’s license and license plate number to the office to purchase a pass.
