City of Petersburg issued the following announcement on Oct 1.
HELP WANTED--The City of Petersburg has a full time opening in its DPW department which will require weekend coverage every 4th weekend and on call for emergency water/sewer issues. The ideal candidate will possess a Michigan CDL license, the ability to operate a backhoe, end loader, snowplow and other equipment associated with street, water/sewer maintenance, and Class D wastewater and S-4 water licenses (or able to attain licenses). Must be able to lift 75 pounds. Residence within 20 minutes preferred. Wage determined by qualifications/experience. Full benefits.
