Come one, come all to our MPS Spectacular Summer Semester!

Camp

Monroe Public Schools issued the following announcement on July 22.

We currently have openings in some of our amazing summer camps being held at Custer Elementary, Arborwood Elementary, and Orchard Center High School.  These camps cater to all students in young fives through 8th grade.  We will gladly provide transportation, breakfast, snacks, lunch, and a whole lot of fun to all camp participants!  Our camps run Monday through Thursday, and the times are listed by building below.  

Custer Elementary camp offerings from July 22 through July 29 (8:00 am – 3:00 pm)

Grades K-3 Story Quilts with Art, Music, and Writing

Grades 2-4 Reader’s Theater

Grades 3-5 Global Problem Solvers (STEAM)

Grades 5-8 Filmmakers Camp

Grades 5-8 Summer Camp Challenge (Arts, Crafts, and STEAM)

Custer Elementary camp offerings from August 9 through August 19 (8:00 am – 3:00 pm)

Grades K-4 Marine Biologist Camp

If you are interested in these offerings please call the Custer office at 734-265-4300 to get your students registered.

Arborwood Elementary camp offerings from July 22 through July 29  (8:26 am – 3:23 pm)

Grades K-2 Word Work with Nursery Rhymes

Grades K-3 Zoologist Camp

Grades 3-6 Traveling Artist Camp

Grades 3-6 Reader’s Theater

Grades 4-6 Sports, Math, and Creativity
