Join us at Prime 47 for our second Downtown Chef Show Down!
Chef Chad Matchen from Prime 47 and Ricky Hatfield from Ellison Brewing will duel it out head to head in a 4 Course Dinner Battle. Each courses will be paired with a beer or wine. We will be featuring 2 beers from Ellison Brewing and 2 well known wines!
During the dinner guests will vote on their favorite dish. Voting is based on plate presenation, taste, and how it pairs with the alcoholic beverage.
Tickets are $100 and the duel will be held at Prime 47- Indy's Steakhouse on Thursday, January 23rd. ALL are welcome!
Bring your friends AND appetites as we will see who is The Best Chef!
