On Sunday, March 30, former Monroe High School standout Kellen Roberts’ current college team, the Evansville Purple Aces, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Valparaiso Beacons.

The game took place at German American Bank Field at Charles H. Braun Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Beacons this season.

The Purple Aces’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 6 p.m. at German American Bank Field at Charles H. Braun Stadium against Southeast Missouri State Redhawks.
