On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Bedford High School standout Brandon Nigh’s current college team, the Oakland Golden Grizzlies, lost 6-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Jacksonville State Gamecocks.

The game took place at Rudy Abbott Field at Jim Case Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Gamecocks this season.

The Golden Grizzlies’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 6 p.m. at Joe Miller Ballpark against McNeese State Cowboys.
