Rep. Jamie Thompson, a public figure known for her active engagement on social media, recently made several statements through her Twitter account addressing issues ranging from political protests to expressions of gratitude towards charitable organizations.

On June 14, 2025, Rep. Thompson expressed concern over ongoing protests and their potential dangers. She urged "@GovWhitmer and the State Police to have this removed right now." She referenced incidents in Minnesota where lawmakers had been harmed during similar events, emphasizing the urgency of her request.

In another tweet posted shortly after on the same day, Rep. Thompson directed a pointed message at Governor Whitmer, questioning the governor's actions and accountability regarding a particular incident. She stated "Are you gonna keep spreading your lies Governor? Her blood is on YOUR HANDS."

On June 17, 2025, Rep. Thompson shifted focus to express appreciation for community support received during personal hardship. She thanked "the Yatoomas and the Yatooma Foundation for Kids" for inviting her to speak at their annual golf event. The organization had previously supported her family following the loss of her daughter Jordan.
