Bedford High School standout Sydney Shammo’s college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Saturday, Feb. 22

On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Bedford High School standout Sydney Shammo’s current college team, the Cleveland State Vikings, won 9-8 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Valparaiso Beacons.

The game took place at PC Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Beacons this season.

The Vikings’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 4:45 p.m. at PC Softball Complex against Presbyterian Blue Hose.
