Friday, Feb. 7: Whiteford High School standout Unity Nelson’s college team loses to Northern Iowa Panthers

On Friday, Feb. 7, former Whiteford High School standout Unity Nelson’s current college team, the North Dakota Fighting Hawks, lost 1-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Northern Iowa Panthers.

The game took place at UNI-Dome. This was their first matchup against the Panthers this season.

The Fighting Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 4:50 p.m. at UNI-Dome against Northern Iowa Panthers.
