The River Raisin National Battlefield Park announces the String Games Program on April 1, 2023, from 11:00am to 12:00pm and again from 1:00pm to 2:00pm.  Join us at River Raisin National Battlefield Park, 333 Dixie Highway, Monroe.

Games such as string games occupied leisure time long ago.  Cat’s cradle has been recorded from various tribes. These were used to relate between cultures throughout the world.  Some are one-person, some require a partner.  You will learn several of these along with the ever-popular cat’s cradle to entertain yourself and others.

This program is free to public, but pre-registration is required. Call the park to pre-register for this program at 734-243-7136.
