The River Raisin National Battlefield Park announces the Copper Wire Wrap Program on March 4, 2023, from 11:00am to 12:00pm and again from 1:00pm to 2:00pm. Join us at River Raisin National Battlefield Park, 333 Dixie Highway, Monroe.
Learn about the significance of copper in Michigan. Using copper wire, you will learn one of the oldest techniques for making homemade jewelry; wire wrap. Having tried a few different approaches to the art, you will leave with an example you have created.
