The State of Michigan is now accepting applications for the 2023 State Historic Preservation Tax Credit for rehabilitation of owner occupied historic homes. 

To be eligible, the property must be located in the National Register of Historic Places, State Register of Historic Sites or a local historic district and be individually listed or contribute to a listed district. 

Credits are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.
