Door to door Trick-or-Treat for the City of Monroe will take place this year from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Halloween night, Monday, October 31st, at participants' discretion.
*If you do not wish to participate, please turn your porch light off for the duration of trick-or-treat.
