On Sunday, April 13, former Bedford High School standout Sydney Shammo’s current college team, the Cleveland State Vikings, won 3-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Green Bay Phoenix.
The game took place at Viking Field. This was their third matchup against the Phoenix this season.
The Vikings’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 2 p.m. at Viking Field against Robert Morris Colonials.
