On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Whiteford High School standout Unity Nelson’s current college team, the North Dakota Fighting Hawks, lost 8-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Tarleton State Texans.

The game took place at Tarleton Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Texans this season.

The Fighting Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 5:30 p.m. at Tarleton Softball Complex against New Mexico Lobos.
