On Friday, Feb. 21, former Bedford High School standout Sydney Shammo’s current college team, the Cleveland State Vikings, lost 4-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Monmouth Hawks.
The game took place at PC Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Hawks this season.
The Vikings’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 12:15 p.m. at PC Softball Complex against Valparaiso Beacons.
