On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Airport Senior High School standout Emma Sic’s current college team, the Tampa Spartans, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Lynn Fighting Knights.

The game took place at Spanish River Athletic Park. This was their third matchup against the Fighting Knights this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 1 p.m. at Naimoli Family Softball Field against Wilmington Wildcats.
