There was a single gas station in cities across Monroe County selling premium gas at the lowest price of $3.59 per gallon in the week ending Jan. 11, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.com.
The average reported cost of premium gas in cities within Monroe County was $3.99 per gallon.
Of the 58 reported gas stations in cities within Monroe County, 16 offer premium gas.
The average reported price of premium gas in Michigan was $4.17, compared to $4.26 the week before.
Gas prices in the U.S. have fluctuated greatly in recent times and many drivers are feeling the pain at the pump.
